Dockside Market Review

Dockside Market

I was so excited to do this Dockside Market review. Dockside Market baked their first cakes at Ocean Reef in Key Largo over 30 years ago and sold them seaside at the local Dockside Mart. It was natural that the Florida Key Lime was the inspiration for the first Dockside Cake. Baked one at a time, using the only freshest ingredients and genuine Key Lime Juice. Dockside Cakes were so moist, so rich in taste and texture that their fame spread far beyond the shores of these tropical islands.

We were sent the Orange and oh my, it was delicious. As I said in an earlier post, I am not a huge fan of orange flavoring but this was amazing. It was soaked in real juice, the cake was moist, and for a few minutes I could pretend that I was sitting on a beach in sunny Florida. This is definitely a cake you could have for company or a party. It was that good.

One of the things I loved about their site was they had serving suggestions which made serving your delicious cake a breeze. Also, they have an assortment of recipes and you guys know how much I love recipes!

If you are looking for the taste of the Florida Keys for your next dinner party or heck, you just want some cake, I highly recommend Dockside Market. They cake arrived over night and was packaged perfectly. You can find Dockside on Facebook and Twitter.
